Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LM Editing's services and website.

By engaging with our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Scope of Services

LM Editing provides video editing services tailored for DTC and e-commerce brands advertising on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

Services include editing raw footage into platform-ready ads, including pacing, structure, text overlays or caption guidance, sound design, and safe-zone formatting.

LM Editing does not provide media buying, campaign management, or performance strategy.

All deliverables are agreed upon prior to the start of each project or subscription.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including raw footage, brand assets, scripts, and briefs.

Materials must be complete and clearly communicated. LM Editing is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or unclear inputs.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use all provided materials.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24 to 72 hours per deliverable, beginning once all required materials are received, reviewed, and confirmed as complete.

Turnaround time may vary depending on project scope and volume. Rush requests must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the service agreement.

Revisions apply to edits of existing content and do not include new creative directions, additional deliverables, or new concepts.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

All revision requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each service agreement. Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the agreed billing cycle.

Payment is required in advance of each billing period. Late or missed payments may result in paused services until the balance is settled.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Due to the ongoing nature of the service, refunds are not provided for active billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final edited deliverables become the property of the client.

LM Editing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by a non-disclosure agreement.

9. No Guarantees

LM Editing provides creative editing services. We do not guarantee performance outcomes such as revenue, return on ad spend, conversion rates, or campaign results.

Performance depends on multiple factors beyond editing, including media buying, targeting, budget, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LM Editing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Website Use

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party services.

LM Editing is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication before escalating to formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
